The Henderson Riverport is a full-port, intermodal facility serving local, national and international industry. Located at mile 808 on the Ohio River and twenty miles from the confluence with the Green River, the Henderson County Riverport provides customers with the most economical transportation available.
It is one of the most active river ports in the Midwest and is a pivotal point for all river shipping in the Midwest. In addition to its geographical benefit, it is a customs port-of-entry for the receiving and shipping of foreign goods and maintain FTZ status. Road
Northwest Kentucky is encircled by I-64 on the North, I-65 on the East, I-24 on the South and I-57 on the West. I-69, on its way from Toronto to Houston, passes through the center of Northwest Kentucky providing fast, efficient access from Northwest Kentucky to any direction in North America.
In addition, US 41 runs north to south through Northwest KY, and both US 60 and the Audubon Parkway (I-169) run east to west. These excellent highways provide superior connectivity within the region and alternate quick routes to the Interstate Highways.
Air
No matter how you fly, Northwest Kentucky provides easy access. Commercial air service is available at Evansville Regional Airport and provides fast and affordable air transportation.
